When managing staff, one of the most difficult things to do is tell others when their behavior is unacceptable, and sticking by that decision after making it. When this doesn’t happen, staff operates according to their needs and not necessarily your needs or those of the organization. In this session you will be provided with support and techniques to help you set and keep boundaries that will help make your work easier and provide for better working relationships.
