| Raises funds to supplement resources of families and individuals who are experiencing hardship in providing household energy. The Fuel Fund operates in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties. Assistance is based on economic need and is provided as needed, i.e., utility, oil, wood, kerosene, etc. The Fuel Fund also advocates for systemic solutions for poor families unable to pay for adequate household energy. |
